Mentoring

I offer 1:1 mentoring in the home or via Zoom for autistic teenagers and young adults. I will use a range of visual strategies to address areas of importance to my client.

• Emotional regulation

• Anxiety and stress management

• Autism understanding and acceptance

• Neurotypical understanding and acceptance

• Social skills

• Life skills

• Puberty, sexuality and relationships

• Preparation for further education, higher education or employment

 

I am also able to prepare thorough and practical support plans to share with schools, further and higher education settings or employers if required.

Costs:

Up to half an hour free initial consultation

£55 per hour home visits/ Zoom sessions

Comprehensive Support Plan included for clients who have had 10 or more mentoring sessions

I will consider reducing my hourly rate for low income families. Please feel free to enquire.

​

I will also consider taking referrals to work with undiagnosed people, in cases where autism is strongly suspected or where the individual has self-diagnosed and is unsure about seeking professional diagnosis.
